Okay, question for the day. I have a PO with 2 non-inventory items on it - both with the "can be fulfilled/received" box unchecked. The receive button is blue & wanting to be used. If I click on it, obviously, there is nothing to be received.... so I can't save the Item Receipt... but I then also can't bill the PO... Any suggestions other than enabling "fulfill/receive"? Is there a global preference I'm missing?

@Kristy Kapsner Have you enabled the 'bill in advance of receipt' preference? This will let you bill the PO without a receipt.

Hmmm, thanks. Maybe. I think we just enabled the fulfill/receive, but thats a good thought too.
