for some reason I cannot select the custom form when I create the new item, it only shows the default one, there are like 3 other forms that I would like to choose from, the field is not locked but for some reason it doesn't show me the drop down, when I create a new item via csv I can select the form i want to use, but not thru the UI

Is this form set as "restricted" on the user role?
