I am a Director of Billing. Mostly, I spend my days dealing with many client accounts, a lot of back and forth AND try to learn all that I can about this NetSuite platform that I love so much.
NetSuite's self-study course "SuiteScript 2.0: Extend NetSuite with Javascript" states, in its description, that "Experience with JavaScript is highly recommended, but not required." I enrolled. (I have some limited experience with Javascript.)
'Module 2: Developing SuiteScripts' has an on-screen typo when it comes to the Environment setup in the Eclipse IDE. "NA Nortwest" is what we see on-screen. I checked against the PDF and confirmed that it should be spelled correctly. Between that (this class is expensive for any sort of typo, anywhere) and the fact that the first project did not really need an IDE, I am wondering just how lost I am going to get. Some of us need some teaching/hand-holding when beginning.
