What's the platform that you are using? e.g. if using a .NET-based solution, if you use version 4.0, then you might want to upgrade to a newer version. Same goes to Java and other language

Thank you Chris! I just talked to the consultant that experienced the issue, seems that they did use TLS 1.1 in some places in their API. Now it is solved 🙂
