Thanks! I am very nervous when it comes to workflows since I've been in too many scenarios where a workflow was created to "solve" problems instead of properly training or enforcing process.

I'm a big fan of workflows, but they can be used as a crutch.

Would you be willing to elabote a little more on what I would need to do? Happy to provide any more context or information you need and/or chat in whatever method is easiest.

Best I can do is give you the following instructions: 1) Create Saved Search with desired result to auto bill 2) Create scheduled workflow (once/day every 30 minutes/whatever schedule works for you) The action is called "transform record" If that's not enough to get you going - then you're probably in over your head.

That is exactly enough. And I am often in over my head with this role because they've got 10 years of customizations that nobody was managing.
