if anyone comes back looking at this, it seems like the NS urls don't work in this file/email for whatever reason, but a standard image url does. might have something to do with the structure of the NS image file url: http://shopping.na0.netsuite.com/core/media/media.nl?id=xyz&c=acct&h=abcdef, versus a standard img url that ends in .png etc is handled fine
