Is it best practice to use fields in a workflow? For Ex: We need to add an approved by field so I created a custom body transaction field and just have it set that value by the person who clicks the approve button. Would it have been better practice to use a workflow field? Would it be possible to source the workflow logs to pull the "Approver" Workflow Field?
