Is it possible to limit what items are available for a PO by vendor based on preset criteria? We have Conventional and Organic Produce Inventory Items. We can only purchase Organic Produce from Organic Approved Vendors. We have a custom field on the Vendor designating it an Organic Approved Vendor and there is a field on the Inventory Item that designates it Conventional or Organic. I want to hide the Organic Inventory Items on POs for vendors that are NOT Organic Approved. Is this possible through a workflow?
