Having trouble with an Approval Routing Workflow not updating the native Approval Status field on Purchase Orders. Very simple

Set Field Value

Action, no Conditions, triggered on Entry that sets the

Approval Status

to

Approved

. Other

Set Field Value

Actions in the same State with the same Trigger update correctly. No errors reported in the Workflow History, but there is no effect on the actual record. It just sits in

Pending Approval

. Also tried checking

Approved

along with setting the status, but no luck there either.
