In Netsuite using the SFTP connectivity plugin in a Format Profile for a Financial Institution to import BAI2 files via SFTP, We just took an existing Format Profile and updated its password in the Connectivity Configuration to the correct one (it was using a placeholder before). When we save that Format Profile now, then it logs this error in the Banking Import History: Import-level Failure There was a problem connecting to your financial institution. An error occurred while decrypting a credential. I have confirmed that the password and all other fields in the Connectivity Configuration are correct now, and they work just fine when we use them to set up the same Automatic Bank Statement Import in our Sandbox environment. So why doesn't it work when I fixed the placeholder password to be the correct one, in the Production environment?
