10/16/2026, 11:15 AMrunSuiteQL() supports up to 5,000 rows per execution. To retrieve more than 100K records, you can use different approaches:
• Keyset pagination: Filter using the last returned internal ID (WHERE id > lastId ORDER BY id)
• ROWNUM pagination: Fetch records in batches using row ranges
• Date/ID ranges: Split the dataset into smaller, non-overlapping queries
You can explicitly instruct Claude to execute these queries repeatedly and combine the results until all records are retrieved.
The 100K limit applies to a single paged result set, not the combined results of multiple independent queries.
Just be mindful of any additional MCP tool or client response-size limits.
