No way to have a scheduled search email have the results attached as a CSV and have the results in the body? Or am I missing something blatantly obvious?

We had the same issue and had to create 2 saved searches.

That's something I'd rather avoid doing as then if changes are requested, they have to be done on both. One of the issues with emailing reports to many people, and some want it one way and others want it another way.
