Hello Everyone, I'm working on a account which is sending a csv file through email to an employee. I tried to locate the source but neither there is a script which is doing that nor there is a workflow. Last I looked for saved search but nothing there too. Now I think there might be a private saved search which is doing this which is created by some other. Is there any way I can identify this private saved search or is there any other source of this which is sending email?

It is a saved search that is set to email. Make sure you are logged in as an Administrator and then set the search list to YES under show private searches.

I have admin role in both account

yeah it is not logical, but ALL does not include the private searches. You have to select YES. Sometimes NetSuite is so picky!

I always put something in the text of the customized email body to tell myself and others the source of the email. Doesn’t help when others don’t do it. But I find myself 1-2 x each month having to find the source of emails.

SA 23780 gives steps on how to find the search that sends an alert. Not sure if it would work with other emails from netsuite, but it's a starting point for the future.
