I have a search with 2 formula(text) columns and one sum column...
in the text columns i have cases based of the dates to count the internal id's
I want the text to display even if my count is 0

05/20/2021, 9:09 PMYou will need a different base record for the search. At the moment using Cases there is no records for NetSuite to give you a 0 line.

05/23/2021, 8:24 PMBy Joining like this, the search is looking at all Customers and All Cases not just Customers with Cases. The result is that for Customers that don't have cases with status of "UniqueOne" they will get a zero result display which is what I think you wanted.
