Is it totally free to install NetSuite AI Connector Service Companion? Does it cost anything/have licenses, etc? I want to try it in Sandbox first and report to my manager how I think it could be helpful to the company.
However, I can't get to SuiteApp Marketplace in Sandbox, and I don't see it in the Bundle list anywhere.

It's free from the suiteapp store. Sometimes it's not available when they've done updates to it.
