i have a saved search based on payment records - i can't seem to get the Ref No. column which is in the "Apply" tabs and then "Applied To" sublist. I tried getting this from the "Applied To Transaction" table. Is this not possible?

Should be able to just pick the "Applied To Transaction" field, not having to use the joins

ah right - so just tried but I'm not seeing an option to get the invoice document number

Hmm...so finding an older saved search of mine I had the criteria as Type = Payment and Applied To Transaction: Type = Invoice

Then in results I had, among other fields, Applied To Transaction, which can be used to open the referenced Invoice from the saved search, and Applied To Transaction: Document Number, which lists only the document number of the invoice
