Are you using the Import Price List button in the financial tab of the vendor record? The fifth column is Currency.

Thank you for sharing this! I actually wasn't aware of the Import Price List option under the vendor's Financial tab, and I had never explored it before. The screenshot was especially helpful in pointing me to the right place. I'll definitely give this method a try, as it looks like a clean approach for managing vendor pricing.
