Anyone got experience using Smart Count? We have a directed count schedule set up that results in some recounts, and I'm trying to reconcile in the background what actually happens when a Directed Count is set to Recount Suggested. For example, there is an item that was due for count 26/11/2025, the count was completed, and the Item Count record was sent for recount. A recount was done for same qty, which created a new Item Count record, which was again sent for recount. A third count was completed (same qty again), which created a third Item Count record, which was then rejected (I am on the systems side not the operations side so the logistics are beyond me). Looking at the Item Location Config, there is no data under 'Date Last Counted' and the Next Count Date is still showing 26/11/2025, but the item is no longer showing in the Smart Count app on the handheld device. Is there a way to show 'recount suggested' Item Count records on the handheld for users to process? Or do we just have to purge these records eventually so they stop being held in purgatory?
