Anyone else have issues with number format preferences? In one environment, for some reason Netsuite is not following the preferred number format that is set either on General Preferences or User's personal preferences. For example: Numbering format is 1 000 000,00. I enter 100,00 (one hundred). Netsuite automatically changes the value as 10 000,00 (ten thousand). In other environments this works correctly, but in this one environment, it has been broken in all different transaction types and does not follow the preferred formatting method.

There are also subsidiary specific preferences, you can check those. User preferences are role specific so if the user has changed those, they need to be updated in every role

We have been testing internally and found out that it is broken with Mac users in Chrome browser and generally in Edge browser. So something weird going on 🙂

Which feature are you using? For example FSM is looking at the browsers preferred language to determine date time formats and 24:h clock vs 12 clock and so on

Just standard empty Netsuite transaction records such as Journal Entry and also without any scripts deployed to the record so we undeployed everything and it still happens in default amount fields in default transaction records. And this has worked totally normally until now, just suddenly stopped working
