Hi Everyone, we have an employee record in NetSuite whose email address is currently listed under Bounced Email Addresses. This employee is a former consultant who no longer works with our company. However, the employee record has been kept active because the user originally created and configured a large number of scripts, workflows, saved searches, reports, and bundles that are still actively used in our account.
Before making any changes, I would like to understand the potential impact. If we mark this employee as inactive, will NetSuite stop sending notifications to the invalid email address, or could existing workflows, scheduled searches, reports, or scripts still attempt to send emails to that address?
Additionally, would replacing the email address with a valid one (or removing the email address from the employee record altogether) have any impact on the existing customizations, ownership, execution, or functionality of the scripts, workflows, saved searches, reports, and bundles originally created by this user?
Has anyone encountered a similar situation, and what would be considered the safest or recommended approach?
