some of my users are having issues with reports - hosted in YUL data center

My users are reporting that reports have been running extremley slow over the past week and some are even timing out. We are on the US Phoenix 2 data center.

@Joe Masek we've been having report gen issues along with just issues in the UI (not being able to log in, unexpected errors, etc.) - and we're on the US Phoenix 2 DC also... it's beyond frustrating - and it's nailing our sandbox down too

I have users reporting the same (US Phoenix 6). Anyone put in a ticket I can reference?
