quick question. i am trying to put a saved search(transaction/item fulfillments) as a sublist on a case record. not sure why the search is not filtering correctly. we have the internal id of the customer as an available filter in the search. what am i missing here? the link between the two is the customer, so i figured it would work. any ideas?
