We have a client that is unable to delete custom records from a list view. Delete Record action shows up, they click on it and get the "Are You sure?" prompt and select Yes, then nothing... no errors. Record is not deleted. There are no scripts or workflows attached to some of the record types we've tried this with (it happens for multiple, assuming all). We're in the process of submitting a support case, just curious if this is widespread or not.

if they go INTO the record and manually delete using the action dropdown in edit mode does that still work?

@Craig Haroldson I just noticed the same exact behavior as well starting to occur in an account today that just received the Netsuite NEXT update. Does your client have this available to them?

@Dino - No, not related to NXT. These accounts (I've now confirmed the behavior in multiple) do not have the option to switch yet.

@Dino We're seeing that error as well, but not in NXT. In our case, that error happens when it's a script that's redirecting to the search result as opposed to viewing the search result directly. In other words, a search accessed via a redirect through suitescript: "/searchresults.nl?api=T" = error above + no delete. Same exact search accessed directly: "/searchresults.nl?searchid=222" = no error + but still no delete.

I'm also getting the same thing on multiple NS accounts - no error, but the delete function is not working from Inline Edit 😑 (Deleting directly from the record in Edit mode is still working fine)
