Is anyone having issues with SuitePeople Payroll today?

I have issues with it anytime I use it before a certain part of the day. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not, but I've told Netsuite about it multiple times and they just help me with my current issue and don't look at the broadscope of why mine breaks every week.
