Update 5/4/2026: Found it in Suiteanswers. To find the error messages that caused memorized transactions to go from Automatic to Reminder, open in the Classic Center > Transacitons > Management > Enter Memorized Transactions > Status. That status page lets you see the error messages. Unfortunately in my case all the errors were "Unexpected Error" and didn't tell me anything about what caused it. ===== Hi, I asked this in #C29J1BPM3, too, but I'm not sure if I should be asking there or here, since it has to do with Memorized Transactions: Where can I find the alert message generated by an automatic memorized transaction when it fails and therefore flips its Action from "Automatic" to "Reminder"? I'm trying to figure out what error happened and therefore how to fix it so we can put the memorized transaction back to "Automatic".

I believe it's in your reminders portlet
Though you'd have to double-check the accuracy of these. We definitely don't have 2300 unpaid bills...ha

My Reminders Portlet has many things in it, but not Invoices Overdue or Bills to Pay. It does have something called NetSuite System Alert to Acknowledge, but that only contains one result from 2017, and this incident occurred just a few days ago.

You can make your own reminders with Saved Searches if you're not aware. That said, I am not sure if the Memorized Transaction status is there anywhere. I've not done to many searches on memorized transactions. Usually if I'm dealing with them at all, it's trying to exclude them.

Well, I'm not trying to find which Memorized Transactions are Reminders and which are Automatic. I already see those. What I'm trying to find is the error alert that is supposed to happen when something goes wrong with an Automatic memorized transaction, so I can find out why it flipped to Reminder mode and fix the problem. That way, it won't fail again next time it's supposed to generate a transaction Automatic-ally. But I can only fix the problem if I know what the problem is, hence my attempts to find these mysterious error alerts the documentation says should happen in this situation.

Ah got it. I misunderstood. Not sure I can further, sorry. I've not dealt a ton with Memorized stuff.

That's all right. Thanks for trying!
