Can anyone think of any risks changing the "overall" company address in Company Information? We got acquired a while back and want to put the new address there. I realize the new address will show on most forms, which is fine, but I'm looking more for hidden "gotchas" that I'm not thinking of. It seems pretty low risk, but I'm wary of changing literally anything that's been the same in our account for 11 years. AI hasn't come up with anything concerning.

Yes other than forms this is pretty low risk Unless you have some script or integration that is based on the company info. Which would be pretty rare

Agreed, it's really just the forms. The things I'd be checking just cuz I'm paranoid: • In the same tax locality? - corporate tax implications if this shows in the wrong place/form? Shouldn't, but also double check this doesn't impact your sales tax nexus and/or tax agency vendor at all. • Shipping/delivery - Any essential communications or physical goods that still need to go to the old HQ? • Issues with your bank if this shows differently on checks now?

Thanks @MGBC. I'm reasonably sure we wouldn't have any scripts looking at that. Appreciate the time @James Morris, to your points: • We do literally nothing with taxes in NS, sales tax or otherwise • We don't have physical goods • We don't do physical checks at all and the address has apparently been changed already for all of our banking relationships Sounds like we're good. appreciate the insight!

In most cases company address is used and for shipping and tax determination therefore agree with @James Morris and @MGBC comments. Thanks again for all the feedback you guys gave me for my question yesterday
