I have a strange thing going on for 1 specific user, when she clicks the search on the Customer field on an SO, she gets a basic search (saved search) not the advanced saved search that everyone else is getting, I am unable to replicate the issue. Any ideas, see screen shots, Shot 1 is what she is getting, shot 2 is what everyone else is getting.

I guess the user has marked one of the saved search as "My preferred search form".

we did figure it out, when you do a customer search from the SO record, there used to be an option to choose Advanced Search, that option has been removed and is only accessible from going to Lists > Relationships > Customer > Search, when we did that, the Advanced Search box was checked, once that was unchecked, the search option on the SO returned.

Thanks, good to know. I thought this is system wide setting, but it seems it is valid for that user only.
