I'm trying to mull over how to create an "On-time, in full (OTIF)" metric in NetSuite, has one had luck in this? • We have an appointment date on the SO from our dock management software • We'd like to compare the appointment date to when the IF is changed to Shipped status (So, from the IF system notes). If the Shipped date is earlier or equal to the Appointment date, then the document is counted • We have 1 IF per SO 99.9% of the time, which is fine • We need to compare if the SO Qty Fulfilled/Shipped = SO Qty Ordered, if all lines are yes, then the document should be counted • I'd like to get a count of the documents that qualify for the above 2 criteria, then I'm going to use a KPI dashboard to compare this count to the count of scheduled orders
