dev assistant seems to be struggling right now,  anyone else seeing errors?

It gets so far, creates a task list and starts working through it but fails when it comes to read one of my script files.
It's not an access issue or config that I'm aware of as it's been updating the files just fine an hour ago.

Wondering if it's because it contains some inline HTML...
