Hi guys, I've successfully deployed a Custom Tool script (Creating Custom Tools for the NetSuite AI Connector Service- MCP SuiteApp) via SDF ACP to a NetSuite 2025.2 sandbox. The deployment completes without errors, the object registers as "_customagenttool_" in NetSuite, the standard MCP tools (Get Record, Run Custom SuiteQL, etc.) all appear in Claude, but the custom tool never shows up in the tool list, even with higher permission role. Has anyone faced similar issues? any help would be greatly appreciated! i've spent considerable time on this and are stuck on what should be the last mile

Have you tried disconnecting your custom connector to NetSuite/Claude and setting it up again now that the new tool is available in NetSuite?

Yep did that still tool wasn't available in the list

Can your claude use the standard tools when you’re chatting with claude?

I tried both adding the url in custom connector url and standard tool (sometimes this standard tool gives me error while reconnecting)

When it’s connected, while chatting is claude able to access to the standard tools without errors and pull information from your sandbox account?

i think that option exists on 2026.1. sandbox i have is currently on 2025.2

hmm ok, yeah I think it’s a lot less visibility in 2025.2. I’d be happy to screenshare and see if we can get it working
