For transactions, in this case bin count/inv adj's, can RF-Smart not set the user creating the transaction as the RF-Smart user? Using the menu in NetSuite to get to the client reports the correct user creating the transaction, but using client.ns.rfsmart.com almost always screws up the creating user. We set all the token users up with their own token, so i can't imagine we screwed up the configuration. I need to check the help docs, but i need to do my annual "My rf-smart support creds aren't working anymore when i finally need them again" request for access. Now they're is claiming it's working as intended, which doesn't sit right, but i wouldn't put it past them. Are they giving me the run-around?
