Anyone know if it's possible to get an audit trail of changes made to a financial report?

I'm pretty sure not. I'd love to know if I'm wrong though.

If you go to your report &gt; Customize &gt; More Options tab &gt; Audit Trail. Is this what you're looking for?

I don't have an audit trail on the more options tab. This is a budget income statement if that makes a difference.

Oh, ok it's a native report. There is no trail to audit. A user is asking who deleted all their data for a budget category, but it's the wrong question, I think.

There's also a Deleted Record Audit Log report too that shows who deleted something. However not sure if budget category would appear
