Hi! Is there a known way to edit a Transfer Order before it's received? I have 3 lines, and only 2 have been sent. I want to close the 3rd one so it doesn't commit units.

Can you just close the TO and create a new one?

Not possible, I still need to receive the other 2 units. I'm trying to close the third line after I sent the other ones, but it tells me that I can't change the header, even after the wave is finished.

Did the pick the 3rd item but not ship?

We added it to the wave, and when we were about to pick it, we realized that it was a mistake to transfer that item, so we marked the task as finished so we could send the others. Now the item is committing inventory and we can't close it.

I think That’s where the issue is. You marked it finished. So you have to receive it on the other end & then maybe do an inventory adjustment. You could try this first. - It’s been a while for me, if there’s an Item Fulfillment attached to the TO, and you can edit that, that might help?
