Does anyone know about the new Celigo functionality in regard to RMA's?

Hi @Tim Chapman if you’re referring to the Celigo Shopify–NetSuite integration app where Celigo recently introduced new flows to sync Shopify returns as Return Authorizations (RAs) in NetSuite, you can refer this page for detailed steps. Three flows were introduced covering the end-to-end return lifecycle (requested, open, approved, item receipt, restock, canceled, closed): • Flow 1: Sync Shopify returns to NetSuite Return Authorization. • Flow 2 (if approval is required): Syncs approved RA status from NetSuite, and approves the return in Shopify. • Flow 3: Triggers after item receipt is completed in the merchant’s warehouse and it processes the return (and any exchanges) in Shopify.
