Hi Everyone, we are facing an issue where the Fulfill button is not visible on one specific Sales Order, while it is available on all other similar Sales Orders. Details: 1. Item: Lot Assembly (fulfillable) 2. Status: Pending Fulfillment 3. Qty ordered = Qty billed = 900 Qty 4. Qty fulfilled = 0, Qty Commited = 0, Qty Available = 0 5. Line open, location present 6. Invoice created from SO via Bill button 7. Feature enabled: Invoice in Advance of Fulfillment 8. Accounting Preference: Fulfillment Based on = Allow Uncommitted All other Sales Orders with the same setup and flow (SO → Invoice → Fulfill) do show the Fulfill button. Only this one does not. We have checked the common causes but everything appears identical. Has anyone experienced this before, or are there any other possible reasons we should check? Any help would be really appreciated.

Qty available and qty committed both 0. What's there to fulfill?
v
Yes I agree @NickSuite there is no qty to fulfill and anyway the user will not be able to save that fulfillment. But still the Fulfill button needs to be displayed. Right?
n
No. Button will not be displayed. This is standard NetSuite behavior.
v
@NickSuite but how ? Because other sales orders with the same properties displaying Fulfill Button.
n
Can you share the screenshot from the lines?
v
@NickSuite please have a look
m
Yes @NickSuite is right. If there is no quantity to fulfill then the fulfill button does not show up Maybe because you have invoices in advance of fulfillment it has overwritten this?

and what about the item lines where the "Fulfill" button shows up?
v
@NickSuite
@NickSuite I have reviewed the item history and noticed some differences between them you must see. Kindly refer to the screenshot below, which is from the Sales Order where the Fulfill button is displayed.
Now, kindly refer to the screenshot below showing the item history of the Sales Order where the Fulfill button is not displayed. It appears that the system has created commitments on this line item multiple times.
@NickSuite @MGBC now if you see the SO , we have bring that much quantity required for that item . So now quantity is available but still Fulfill button is not showing
n
Do you have the location on the lines?
v
I think Yes, because in the header section it is selected already.
