hello! has anyone here had issues with transaction line distribution rules not creating the related distribution intercompany journal? I can get it to work when i assign a bill a distribution template in the admin role, but can't get it to work for any other roles.

Try looking at the scripts themselves that run this process and see if you need to grant script-specific access. I don't know anything about that bundle specifically, but I've run into other NS bundles where I've had to do that.
