Hi Folks, I’ve created a Customer Aging saved search, but I’m noticing a small difference between the search results and the actual aging values shown on the customer record. I’ve added the search details below — if anyone has any insights on this, please let me know. Thanks

You have one of the statuses as Journal:Pending Approval. I don't think the out of the box aging report includes unposted data.

Could also be installments- if you use installment payment terms then you will need to incorporate {installment.daysoverdue} etc. into your aging formulas.

Check the saved search to see what consolidated rate it is running, per account etc
