cash basis income statement on saved search. Has anyone created one?

There's a cash basis option on the out of the box Income Statement report. Does that not work for you?

this is not the correct cash basis report. as it includes non cash transactions as well. such as depreciation expense and deferred revenue/expense. Im trying to create a cash basis income statement on saved search

I had a client in this situation, we added a checkbox to transactions "exclude from cash basis reports" then customised the P&L to filter out such transactions. Of course for this to work, you need to have users who will use the checkbox, or some way to automatically identify relevant transactions...

create custom cash flow statement. Saved search does really work well imo

@Karina can you please share details on the saved search? how did you create it?

you MUST have your list of accounts specific to each cash flow statement line. This list comes from your controller. I found creating a custom cash flow statement in reports is easier than creating one in Analytics (not exactly a saved search). After trying both I recommend using reports
