I create Multi-packs at my work. example is make 144 filled tubes and then those get put into multi-packs - 12 packs of 12 to make 1 M-pack. We are doing this on 2 different work orders WO1 - labor, material that goes into tube, tube it-self WO2 - built tubes, boxes for 12 pack, box for 12 - 12 packs my question is, is there a way to make the process easier? Wouldn't this be a example of phantom parts to some extent? Any help would be appreciated!
