My current Oracle (learning) account is based on my business email. I have 2 Certifications and I used my personal email for WebAssessor. Should I create a new Oracle account using my personal email OR it doesn't matter? And what about CertView account?

Are you saying that new certifications will also show up there?

I think if your WebAssessor and Oracle accounts are linked under the same Candidate ID, then new certifications will show up there too.
