Hi all, I recently learned that all NetSuite certifications are now being issued through the Oracle MyLearn portal, and WebAssessor will no longer be used. Before leaving Oracle, I had updated my WebAssessor credentials from my Oracle email ID to my personal email ID. I even gave a couple of New Release Quizzes too using my personal email ID on WebAssessor. However, when I check the MyLearn portal using my personal email ID, I’m unable to find my previous certifications. I’ve reached out to the NetSuite Certifications Team multiple times via email but haven’t received a response yet. Has anyone else faced a similar situation? If so, could you please share how you resolved it? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I am in the same boat as you but apparently your certifications are still valid.

@NickSuite - Ah yes - it is valid for me as well, thanks for sharing the link. However, it is still associated with my Oracle email ID, not my personal one.

Apparently I have a valid cert but I am from China...I didn't know that.

@SuiteReg - I did. They've suggested to merge accounts. However, I am unable to do so currently probably because of the on-going Race To Certifications event.

I am in this exact situation. Left in March - asked for them to change it to my personal login. I get an error when I try to login to My Learn and can't see my certifications anywhere or renew them, despite getting email about them expiring last month. It's very frustrating. I also have had no response when I submitted a form on My Learn.

Did you check your profile/address as @NickSuite suggested?
