I will like to hear some recruiter opinions on this please, maybe I'm missing something or is a cultural thing or a protocol. But I will like to know why when you talk to a recruiter or HR person they ask you very basic questions already fully detailed there on the resume they ask you for? For me would be perfectly understandable if they ask you more details about something on the resume, but asking about what was your last job and what did you did there? (Is on the resume with details). Maybe I'm overreacting but this is kind of unrespectful from my point of view kind of a waste of time.
