So something happened to my Auto Generated numbers for customers where it went from 326532 to 2677101605. How can I reset the next number to be 326533?

Setup>Company>Auto Generated Numbers

still need help. I have a NS support case in as well to see the "why" it jumped. I noticed in our SB account which has been idle for a while this happened as well. So I believe something on the NS side caused this issue currently

you would need to update initial number on the next number you want it to be then select the update checkbox and save, you might want to disable the allow override. i have seen it where it you manually type in an id then the next id will be the next number from that so ex. lets say your at 250 and someone changes the id to 365661 the next one will be 365662. However, seems like its unlikely this happened in your case because it's also in SB unless someone wanted to test what would happen and did it in SB first.
