Does the system not force Administrators to change their passwords on any defined interval? Stanley says basically no, though I can't access the threads it references. I could have sworn I've seen my password expire, but I can't find documentation anywhere that states it expires and forces a reset after x days. Auditors are asking.😬
j
ours are forced to expire after 90 days, which mirrors the setting in Setup / General Preferences

I have Admin role. It does expire.

Ha there it is in General Preferences. It's blank, so our Administrator pws don't expire I guess. The times I remember changing it must be from getting locked out. I can't believe our auditors haven't brought that up before. If everyone else other than non-Admins are on SSO login, setting a value in this field won't give them messages about needing to change their pw right?

In my experience that's how it works. Roles on SSO don't get a warning even when the expiration days are set.

Excellent, thanks @Edgar Valdes
