How do you change the Transaction form? we were using form X now we want to use Form Y, on the CSV import Update page, the form selection is to select the fields on the mapping page, it doesn't actually change the form of a particular transaction.

Unless I'm mistaken, when you use a different form in CSV import, that will be the form that the transaction record will use on the UI.

nope, it doesn't do that, that form that is picked in "Advanced Options" is only for NetSuite to map the fields, if you are updating the record, it will still use the original form

@Suitestallion @Eric B I think that was the way it used to work 2010-2011 era. By 2019 the import no longer worked that way. Forms now have the Save Form with Record which has an impact. Plus the actual {customform} field can be set. I've found that to also be in a state of flux. Some records can be changed through Workflow, some need scripting.
