Has anyone been experiencing issues with people responding to emails sent from users via Netsuite (ie: Vendor bill approval)? We send the email out of NS and they are reply "approved" and it can get approved. It has worked for years, but recently people are getting bounce backs.
We use Gmail and I had 2 users send me their original email, their reply, and screenshot what it looks like when they click reply.
For the successful users when they reply it has the messages email that's been spoofed with the original senders name in the "to" textbox. (typical behavior)
For the failures when they click reply, it just says "
system@send-via-netsuite.com" even though the original email they received looks identical in both cases. I am not sure what is causing the difference between the users.
This just seemed to start happening in Jan 22
