Has anyone found a workaround for allowing customer center to upload files? I have a custom record that I need them to upload documents to but haven't found a way around the lack of permission.

In case anyone comes across this later searching for a solution like me - I realize I am going to need to create a Suitelet that runs as admin, then use that suitelet to create the custom record. Or create a suitelet that takes in the files and attaches them to the custom record.

Let me know if you ever find a way to take files larger than 10mb :)

Haha, my way around that is just a warning sign that says "no files larger than 10mb." lol
