Anyone who is using Balancing Segments feature.... Have you experienced the error message "You do not have access to this feature" when trying to run the process? To work around it, we have to disable the feature and re-enable it. That has worked thus far but I it makes me very nervous that we have to do that. Support has kicked back our case because we cant reproduce it and it is a close process for us, so we cant wait days for support to test either.

do you have a sandbox? I would try to reproduce it there.

We have tried without success. To be fair it has only happened 3 times in the 19 months we have been live. Just nervous it wont work on the 4th time 🙂
