Does anyone have a search that shows PO Total change after approval

You would probably want to create a custom field to store the original approved amount, probably inline and set by the approval workflow.

Otherwise, you'd be searching in the system notes.

i thought about the system note route but not sure how to get the Total change after approval. the system note join only has Document status field, it doesn't ask which status

Yeah... your PO approval workflow needs to document date approved and amount approved - and then you can see a comparison to a system note to see if the total changed after that.

we just changed the PO approval process and implemented approval bundle I will reach out to them to see if they are documenting this somewhere. we use to do workflow but it's all scripted now.

No, we had a partner create workflow and now we are using approval from square works

I like squareworks much better because you do everything on UI

Not sure about suite approval but this was about 6000 per year, if you go on their website you can see YouTube video and comparison
