Created a Subtab &gt; then Sublist and all connected to the customer record. Nothing shows in the list... what could be the reason?

just need a simple sublist in that subtab

99.99 % that is the issue, Create one field and you will the Subtab

Do you have a filter on your saved search that is the sublist?  Do you have available for sublist checked?

Yes, created a saved search and the saved search it's fine but when I try to see within the customer record it's empty

Do you have anything under Available Filter such as Internal ID?

Is it a customer saved search which is to be shown as a Sublist in the customer record2? If so, try to add Internal ID under Available Filter.

I added customer filter and now automatically bringing up records related to that customer
